Made-to-order pieces show their estimated production window on the product page and in your order confirmation. Once your piece has completed setting and quality control, secure carrier collection is arranged. Delivery estimates depend on destination and are confirmed with tracking.
For a surprise proposal, ask a Private Client Concierge whether hold-at-carrier-location delivery can be arranged for your destination. This is handled only where secure carrier operations support it.
